The discontinuous line is better suited for the production of either smaller quantities or specially shaped panels, than the continuous lines.
The PU discontinuous line generally produces panels which are intended for use in cold storages, office buildings, partitions, fire-retardant doors, reefer containers,refrigerator van trucks and the like.
It is easy to change the panel shapes,its surface & sides, and facing materials.
*Planr Configuration
The PU/PIR Sandwich Panel Discontinuous Production Plant mainly consists of a roll forming, PU injecting and Hot pressing process.
The output, depending on the stage number & size of hot press(daylight press) is adjustable.
In the case of the PU injecting process, Autoline designs semi-automatic single or multi heads as well as full automatic head(s) by robot according to the applications and customer stipulations.
autoline desingns entire production lines after considering our customer's full requiremants such as their production conditions, required output and budget and also provides suitable raw materials(i.e.MDI&Polyol mixture) which have been developed through our wide field experience in meeting our customer's unique prpduction conditions.
