EPS Panel Production Plants generally consist of uncoiling, roll forming , gluing, double-pressing and Cutting facilities.
An automatic stacking Line is not recommended since the EPS panel does not weigh much and needs only a small amount of labour for stacking purpose.
An EPS Panel can be a suitable building material for the lower-and of the panel market resulting from lower initial and manufacturing cost, even though it naturally has a lower quality of technical properties and is not for example, fireproof unlike PIR,mineral wool and glass Wool Panels,when a mineral board cutting line is additionally installed, EPS and Mineral Wool Panels can be produced from the same production line.
